The Details

How we work together

  • After purchasing a package, you’ll receive a welcome email with details on our time together, a waiver and a link to schedule our introductory phone call.
  • We set the days and times for all our sessions in advance. This ensures you get to book your sessions when they will work for you and maintains accountability.
  • During our sessions, we position our screens so we can see each other. Every session will be custom tailored to your specific needs and goals and will include time for reflection and discussion.
  • After each session is complete you’ll receive an email recap with a sequence to practice at home until our next session.

What is needed to practice?

  • Yoga-appropriate clothing, something comfortable enough to move in.
  • A yoga mat and props such as blocks, a strap, a bolster and blankets are helpful, but please don’t let the lack of them hold you back. The beauty of practicing in your own home is to simply make do with what you have!
  • A laptop, computer or tablet with functioning camera and microphone as well as high speed internet access.
  • A space in your house to practice, preferably on a hard surface. I’ve had students practice in their dining room, basement - even a bathroom!
